Grip socks, a water bottle, comfortable activewear and good vibes 💜
01
Arrive ten minutes early
Give yourself time to find parking and locate the studio. Then settle into the lounge before your instructor walks you through the space.
02
Say it’s your first time
Let your instructor know at the start of the class. Your instructor will watch your form and adjust the movement whenever you need it.
03
Go slower than you think
Pilates is all about moving slowly, and with intention, not speed. If a movement feels unclear, ask your instructor for guidance.
04
Rest whenever you need
Sitting one exercise out is completely normal in a beginner class. Take a break, have a sip of water, and join back in. Everyone in the room had a first class too!

Reformer & Chair Flow
Gentle and low impact, using a Pilates chair. Longer sequences build strength and endurance with very little pressure on the joints.
BEGINNER-FRIENDLY
LOW IMPACT

Jumpboard
Low-impact cardio and strength on the Reformer. A jumpboard attachment lets you jump horizontally, so your joints stay protected while you build leg strength, core control and coordination. Best once you have a solid Reformer foundation.
